DECISION
HS CODES OF CATEGORY 2 MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENTS SUBJECT TO TYPE APPROVAL AND STATE INSPECTION OF MEASUREMENT UPON IMPORT
MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to the Law on Measurement dated November 11, 2011;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP dated November 20, 2013;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 elaborating regulations on customs procedures, customs inspection, supervision and control of the Law on Customs;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 95/2017/ND-CP dated August 16, 2017 defining functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
Pursuant to Circular No. 23/2013/TT-BKHCN dated September 26, 2013 of the Minister of Science and Technology on Category 2 measurement instruments;
At the request of the Director of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology, and Quality and the head of Legal Department;
DECIDES:
Article 1. HS codes of Category 2 measurement instruments subject to type approval and state inspection of measurement upon import are specified in the Appendix enclosed herewith, including names, HS codes, applied standards (ĐLVN) and regulating documents.
Article 2. The Director of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology, and Quality shall provide guidance and organize the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision comes into force from the day on which it is signed.
Article 4. The Director of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, the head of Legal Department, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
