DECISION

ON THE TEMPORARY LIST OF GOODS TEMPORARILY IMPORTED FOR RE-EXPORT, TRANSMITTED, AND IN BONDED WAREHOUSES

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 on defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 44/2011/NĐ-CP dated June 14, 2011 amending and supplementing Article 3 of the Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP;

sPursuant to the Government's Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006, detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade applicable to international goods trade and the activities of agents, trading, processing, and transiting of goods with foreign partners;

Implementing the direction from the Prime Minister in the Prime Minister’s Directive No. 23/CT-TTg dated September 07, 2012 on enhancing the State management of the temporary import for re-export, transit of goods, and goods in bonded warehouses

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Export and Import.

Article 1. Promulgating together with this Decision the following Lists of goods:

1. The List of goods banned from temporary import for re-export and transit (Annex No. 1)

2. The List of goods suspended from temporary import for re-export, transit, and bonded warehouses (Annex No. 2).

3. The List of frozen food temporarily imported for re-export that must comply with the licenses issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Annex No. 3).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the date of its signing.

Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry Office, the Director of the Department of Export and Import, and traders temporary importing for re-export, transiting, and sending to bonded warehouses the goods in the Lists promulgated together with this Decision must implement this Decision./.
