CIRCULAR
LIST OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES SUBJECT TO IMPLEMENTATION OF REPORTING ON ACTUAL PRICES AND PLANNED PRICES
Pursuant to the November 23, 2009, Law on telecommunication;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 50/2011/ND-CP dated June 24, 2011, amending the Government’s Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 25/2011/ND-CP dated April 06, 2011, detailing and guiding implemantation of a number of articles of the Law on telecommunication;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority,
The Minister of Information And Communications promulgates the Circular providing List of telecommunication services subject to implementation of reporting on actual prices and planned prices.
Article 1. To promulgate togethet this Circular List of telecommunication services subject to implementation of reporting on actual prices and planned prices.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect on May 13, 2013.
Article 3. The Chief of office, heads of agencies, Ministerial units, the Director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority, General Directors, Directors of telecommunication enterprises and relevant organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular.
