Decree 56/2021/ND-CP guiding Resolution 1024/2020/UBTVQH14 on adding groups of medical supplies and equipment to the list of national reserve goods

DECREE

ELABORATING ON RESOLUTION NO. 1024/2020/UBTVQH14 DATED OCTOBER 9, 2020 OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY’S STANDING COMMITTEE, REGARDING ADDITION OF CLASSIFICATION GROUPS OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT TO THE LIST OF NATIONAL COMMODITY RESERVES

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015; the Law on Amending and Supplementing certain Articles of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Government Organization dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on National Reserve dated November 20, 2012;

Pursuant to the Resolution No. 1024/2020/UBTVQH14 dated October 9, 2020 of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee, regarding the addition of classification groups of medical supplies and equipment to the list of national commodity reserves;

After considering the request of the Minister of Finance;

The Government hereby promulgates the Decree, elaborating on the Resolution No. 1024/2020/UBTVQH14 dated October 9, 2020 of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee, regarding the addition of classification groups of medical supplies and equipment to the list of national commodity reserves.

Article 1. Detailed List of groups of medical supplies and equipment reserves, including the following commodities:

1. X-ray imaging machines.

2. Ventilators.

3. Cardioverter defibrillators.

4. Patient monitoring systems.

5. Ultrasonic machines.

6. Aspirators.

7. Electric syringe pumps.

8. Surgical instrument kits.

9. Chemical disinfectant sprayers.

10. Personal safety supplies.

11. Systems for rapid detection of chemical, biological and radioactive agents.

12. Dead body bags.

Article 2. Assignment of the body in charge of management of national commodity reserves

Assigning the Ministry of Health to management of national commodity reserves prescribed in Article 1 herein according to the regulations of the Law on National Reserves.

Article 3. Entry into force

This Decree is entering into force as from the signature date.

Article 4. Implementation responsibilities

Ministers, Heads of Ministry-level agencies, Heads of Governmental bodies, Presidents of People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-affiliated cities, other entities or persons involved, shall be responsible for enforcing this Decree./.
