CIRCULAR

PROMULGATING LIST OF ARDUOUS, HARMFUL AND DANGEROUS PROFESSIONS OF JUNIOR COLLEGE AND COLLEGE LEVEL

Pursuant to the Law on Vocational training dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 be the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 74/2013/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2013 by the Government on amendments to a number of Article of the Decree No. 49/2010/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2010 by the Government;

At the request of the Director of General Directorate of Vocational Training;

The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Promulgates the Circular on list of arduous, harmful and dangerous professions of junior college and college level.

Article 1. Enclosed with this Circular the List of arduous, harmful and dangerous professions of junior college and vocational-school level (in the Appendix) eligible for school fee reduction according to the legislations in Article 5 of the Decree No. 49/2010/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2010 by the Government.

Article 3. The Ministries, Ministerial-level agencies, Governmental agencies, socio-political organizations, People’s Committees of provinces, vocational training facilities registering to include the arduous, harmful and dangerous professions in training program and relevant units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
