DECISION
ANNOUNCEMENT OF LIST OF PERIODIC REPORTS PROMULGATED, AMENDED AND SUPERSEDED UNDER CIRCULARS OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 12/2017/ND-CP dated February 10, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 09/2019/ND-CP dated January 24, 2019 prescribing regulations on reporting by state administrative agencies;
At the request of the Chief of the Ministry Office,
HEREBY DECIDES:
Article 1. Promulgated together with this Decision are Appendices announcing lists of periodic reports promulgated, amended and superseded under Circulars of the Minister of Transport.
Article 2. This Decision comes into force from the day on which it is signed.
Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry Office, the Chief Inspector of the Ministry, Directors General, the Director General of the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam and heads of agencies, units and individuals concerned are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
